EEE! I just LOVE this couple so much! Lol, anyways before I go all fangirl here, I'd better splain. Here is my second favorite couple, Theonette (TheodorexJeanette). I've been itching to draw them for so long since my last picture of them. The difference however is that I wanted it to be more intimate but still sugary sweet. I was inspired to do this picture after hearing Just By Being You by Steel Magnolia (hence the title). My original plan was to have Theodore gently removing Jeanette's glasses while they both look lovingly at eachother but because sideviews aren't my strongpoint, I did this.

In this Picture: Theodore (who is -OMG- shirtless) is wrapping his arms around Jeanette (who is in a purple nighty -think like an oversized tshirt- and wearing a necklace that has hers and Theo's initials with a heart in between). Jeanette is tenderly putting her arms around Theodore. They're both smiling due to the fact that they're just so in love and so incredibly happy to be close to eachother. After dating for nearly a year (which is when this picture takes place) they just feel comfortable being themselves around eachother because it's just so natural. No insecurities, no secrets, and no shyness between them. Just pure, comfortable, affection and love.

Critique: I'm actually really really REALLY excited about how this turned out! The shading didn't turn out bad and I'm so happy I got the pose right. The only complaint I have is the lighting but eh, what do I expect when I don't have a scanner?

As always, Comments, Critiques, and Suggestions are always welcome but please be kind and leave the flaming, trolling, and Anti-Mixed-Couple drama to yourself. I happen to like mixed couples and I'll draw them as I please (it is my 1st ammendment right afterall). You're not going to change my mind, make me feel bad, or recruit me on your side and I'm not going to argue with anyone. It's petty in my opinion.
